How does résumé matching work?
Upload a PDF, DOCX, TXT or a clear résumé image. ResumeSkillMatch extracts skill mentions on your device, suggests a relevant IT role and lets you review the evidence. Live Jobs starts with those skills; you can change the role, market and workplace filters.
Which IT specialisms can I target?
Career direction follows the detected discipline and your chosen target role. SAP ABAP, Fiori, BTP, BASIS and functional profiles have separate paths. A language mentioned in an unrelated project does not automatically become your target profession. Review any uncertain detections before using them.
What does the skill graph measure?
The chart measures skill mentions in the connected job sample for your selected role and market. It is not a census of the global labour market. Historical points appear only after observations have been collected; missing history and forecasts stay unavailable.
Can every remote job hire from my country?
A remote label does not establish work eligibility. Check country restrictions, time zones and the employer’s application page. Unknown eligibility remains unconfirmed, and availability can change after a search.
Are the learning materials free?
The learning library starts with free official reading, courses, video collections and online books where relevant resources are available. Paid or mixed-access resources are labelled. Some exercises need a separate cloud or practice-system account, which can cost money.
Where is my résumé stored?
Document extraction happens in your browser. The original file and full résumé text are not uploaded to the ResumeSkillMatch server. Device persistence is optional. Cloud profile snapshots require an explicit save and exclude the original document, document filename and full résumé text.
